The Neighborhood
The Stonegate neighborhood, established in 1984, is in Kendall County outside the Boerne city limits. The community consists of one street lined with a canopy of oaks, adding peaceful shade, charm, and privacy.
The Association
SNGCA is a self-governing organization for the Stonegate community designed to manage the common or shared property in the neighborhood, protect owners' property values, provide services to residents, and develop a sense of community through social activities and amenities.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of three Officers and two Board Members, all property owners of Stonegate. Members of the SNGCA elect the Officers and Directors of the Board for a two-year term. Consecutive terms are permitted.
